3 Week Old Puppy Fighting To Live
Harsh chest pains, fever, coughing, and labored breathing are all symptoms that Nugget is all too familiar with. After watching her little brother wither away and die from the same strain of Pneumonia, Nugget has been fearful that her day is coming soon.
When Southern Comforts Animal Rescue first saved Nugget, she was horribly sick. She has trouble breathing and kept her head down, too tired to pick it up. The poor thing is only 3 WEEKS OLD. Can you imagine how terrified and confused and hurt she must be feeling?
Her life has just barely begun and yet, she's fighting for the right to live it. She is currently at the doctors receiving antibiotics, fluids, and hospitalization but her prognosis is still so guarded because of how young she is.
